Please no smoking or vaping inside the house. Please smoke in the designated smoking area outside on the terrace and use the ashtray provided.
No unregistered guests. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your rental agreement. Please note this is a 2 person property.
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests..
Please no pets, wildlife or animals of any kind on the property at any time. Please do not feed the wildlife. or horses on the lane.
Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behaviour. Disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated. Please ensure no music after 10pm.
Please report any damage to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item. Please note damaged or removed items may be chargeable.
Guests wishing to cancel their booking must do so at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full booking amount.
If you wish to change your booking dates, the new dates must be agreed and confirmed at least 7 days before your original arrival date. Date-change requests made within 7 days of arrival will not prevent the original booking becoming payable in full.
Any alternative dates are subject to availability.
